  • If you live in Doña Ana County – Apply Here
  • If you live in Bernalillo County, outside of ABQ city limits – Apply Here
  • If you live in any New Mexico county or within the Albuquerque city limits – Apply Here
  • If you are a homeowner in New Mexico in need of utility assistance – Apply Here
  • If you are a homeowner in New Mexico in need of mortgage assistance – Apply Here

*Please Note: ERAP applicants will be receiving application status emails from DFARental.Programs@state.nm.us.  Please be sure to monitor SPAM and JUNK folders for these emails.

What Documents do I Need to Apply?

Applicants will be required to provide documentation showing:

  • The applicant is renting a residential dwelling
  • That the applicant lives in NM
  • That the applicant has been indirectly or directly impacted by COVID-19
  • At least one household member is at risk of homelessness or housing instability
  • The applicant’s household is under the Program Income Limits
