Required Documents For Bulk Payments

Attestation Forms

Attestation forms certify the tenant/customer’s identity, address, and rent/utility obligation. These forms should be completed by the tenant/customer.

Bulk Payment Flat File

Landlords/utility providers must complete this flat file with the information collected from the attestation form and from internal delinquency records. The excel sheet contains steps on how to properly complete the flat file.
